Who Provides It? Bioresource Processing Allowance What is it? A funding pool of $2.5m per annum for projects in the forestry, marine, agriculture, horticulture, dairy, wool & meat processing sectors Who's it for? Individual businesses, business groups, industry bodies, EDAs, local and regional councils are all eligible.

Who Provides It? TSB Community Trust What is it? Funding for charitable, cultural, philanthropic, recreational, and other purposes being beneficial to the community. Who's it for? Not-for-profit organisations.

Curious Minds Participatory Science Platform

Curious Minds Participatory Science Platform

Who Provides It? MBIE in partnership with Venture Taranaki and Taranaki Regional Council What is it? Project grants of up to $20,000 for citizen science projects. Who's it for? Any community group including students, schools, kura, organisations, businesses or Māori organisations and collectives.

Getting Started Grant

Getting Started Grant

Who Provides It? Callaghan Innovation and Venture Taranaki What is it? A one-off grant to cover 40% of R&D project costs, up to a maximum of $5,000. Who's it for? Registered companies, limited partnerships, or Māori incorporations or trusts established under the Te Ture Whenua Māori Act. Must be GST registered.
